Join us for a festive weekend inside the historic barn at Carrefour Gardens! Our intimate indoor holiday market is part of a larger Christmas celebration featuring an outdoor holiday light walkthrough, festive music, and seasonal activities.

The market is located on the upper level of the barn and is accessible by stairs only.

VENDOR SPACES & FEES

• Just 14 vendor spaces available
• Approximately 10 × 6 feet per space
• $25 total for both days
• Optional 6-foot table rental: $5
• Electricity available by request, subject to confirmation

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’re looking for an interesting variety of vendors offering handmade gifts, holiday decorations, jewelry, accessories, specialty foods, home décor, and unique finds.

The market will be promoted alongside the holiday festivities at Carrefour Gardens.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

• Vendors must participate both days and remain set up during market hours.
• Displays and merchandise may remain in place overnight Saturday. Overnight security is not guaranteed, and vendors are responsible for securing their valuables.
• Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and displays.
• Setup, unloading, and breakdown instructions will be provided before the event.
• Electrical access and rental tables are subject to availability.
• Vendor and table rental fees are nonrefundable once paid. If the organizer cancels the market, fees will be refunded.

HOW TO APPLY

We have only 14 spaces and will review applications to create a varied selection of merchandise.

There is no payment required when applying.

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions. Your space is confirmed once payment is received.
